Home designs should be carefully crafted to fit within field conditions, without compromising the unique character of the individual commissioner. All packages include (4) virtual design meetings. Each following meeting will be a flat rate of $199

Create a Reproducible Master

For Production Home Builders

Create a reproducible AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other software master plan that includes up to (3) exterior design options and (6+) interior design options with the ability to include/exclude each option to make each individual plan unique as requested.

Renovation/Remodel Plan

3-Phase Renovation drawing

Exclusive license for a single use 3-phase kitchen, bath, and/or closet renovation plan of an existing space drawn via a sketch provided by contractor. Plans to include existing, demo, and new construction phases, as required by code enforcement.
